The challenge

Located in Strathfield Sydney, Meriden is an independent school known for its strong academic success. Meriden were seeking to position the school for future success, growth and impact.

After a decade of rapid school growth the school leadership were seeking to understand future demand across Sydney and also understand community priorities. Also, there was a priority to engage the school’s stakeholders to ensure the experience, expectations, and future sentiment of the school remain strong.

The Solution

McCrindle conducted both a demographic analysis and a stakeholder study with results provided in a comprehensive report, online mapping tool and infographic as well as 3 presentations. Each presentation was tailored to distinct school audiences including staff, executive leadership team and the School Council to provide insights that inspire confident decisions, plans and strategies. The insights from this holistic approach identified distinctives of Meriden, satisfaction and engagement by stakeholder groups as well as highlighted indicators of how the school is performing in key strategic areas.
