The Solution
As a region with over 100 years of providing quality learning and nurture to thousands of students in NSW, this group of 10 schools are actively looking to the horizon, to what’s next. To prepare with confidence for this journey, demographic analyses was commissioned to underpin strategic decisions about existing locations of schools as well as proposed locations. A uniquely created index for finding ideal locations was designed to assist in the 10-year growth strategy. Finally, a thought leadership report showing the future of a key area was commissioned to position the organisation as thought leaders in this region.
Deliverables
A series of more than ten demographic reports were provided to give analysis of existing and proposed locations of schools. McCrindle also presented key findings in a thought leadership report for public communication.
