Skilling clinicians to communicate complex data.

The Challenge

We were briefed to simplify and visualise complex ICU hospital data and train clinicians to effectively present the results to their teams.

The The Solution

We visualised data gathered across nine rural NSW hospitals into presentations to be used for internal communications. We further developed a training manual to guide clinicians towards a clearer communication style. Our communication specialists travelled to nine rural locations and trained clinicians on how to use, amend, and present their newly visualised data.

Deliverables

The PowerPoint development and presentation skills training provided clinicians with the tools, confidence and skills to effectively present current and future data to their colleagues.
