Australia and New Zealand are forward thinking countries that also have an ageing population. As Covid-19 was starting to majorly impact Australia and New Zealand, MYOB wanted to collect new data to discover just how ready people are for a cashless economy.
We developed a survey of Australians and New Zealanders and provided insight ready information for MYOB to use in their report and successful media campaign. The fast collection of new insights for this media campaign involved question development, hosting the online survey, panel management and provision of raw data ready to analyse.
Results & Deliverables
The results from the online survey were provided to the client as raw data results in clear and simple Excel tables and easy to read graphs in PDF documents. Media commentary was also provided by Mark McCrindle, Research Principal, TEDx speaker, demographer and futurist. He provided trend analysis and strategic insights on the social and economic impacts of a cashless society.
